Welcome to the
The Marcus Minds Project

An exciting and valuable collaboration between the Brisbane based Laguna Bay, a locally owned investment manager specialising in capitalising and empowering Australian farmers succession and expansion into the future and the Geelong based Marcus Oldham College.

The project is the brainchild of Marcus Oldham graduate and Laguna Bay Founder Tim McGavin and the leadership team at Marcus Oldham College. It has been designed to help farmers and rural professionals learn new techniques and skills to deal with the inevitable challenges of farming and agriculture, and in addition, help them realise their full potential as professionals, individuals and community members.

A revolutionary spin on rural life.

The Marcus Minds Project aims to provide initiatives and advice that can lead to a Healthier, Wealthier, Happier and Wiser life. To move people towards these spaces we've developed a simple and easy to use 'Tractor Wheel' tool that provides farmers and agricultural professionals with an array of engaging solutions and activities that can help:

> Build resilience

> Realise pathway strategies for self development

> Achieve higher performance

> Improve overall quality of life

As we navigate through life’s journey, we realise there are two purposes, an inner purpose and an outer purpose. Let's explore these purposes in depth and find right path in life.

BODY

As a large movement of activists, outreach is close to our hearts. We believe that the best solutions for society comes from within, and we've made it our mission to build awareness so that this is a possibility across the globe.

MIND

The Marcus Minds Project has built an environment of support and helpful resources to make sure that Partnership is always a priority. Our success is driven by the hearts, minds, and souls of our community. Come and join us.

RELATIONSHIPS

Advocacy is an essential pillar of our Education Movement. There is strength in numbers, and we work to inform and encourage others to take a stand for what they believe in.
